Message	Al can withstand the shock itself, but it'll have to be somewhat protected (mesh grill?) from a potential rock. It may not crack under its own weight, so-to-speak, but would be prone to cracking if it were hit by something. I can weld, I'm willing to risk a crack on mine.. ;) LN2 made over 55HP on a friend's car, and didn't drop the intake charge all that dramatically. Just need to be careful about running lean as you are condensing air that is already measured by the MAF.
